DEPOSITING MACHINE


The machine extrudes the dough through a system rolls and pumps, with one draw-plate. The extrusion and deposit is continuous or intermittent, to pursuit of product on the underlying conveyor. The product is constituted by two mixer different: extruded the one inside the other with coaxial sections.
The dough to be worked is picked up in two superior hoppers in stainless steel, and from these sent to the push into the draw-plate, through of two cylinders endowed with groove, and operated from motor brushless.
The draw-plate extrude the dough coming from two back chambers, where they will go to form the final product.
The draw-plate is easily detachable and interchangeable.
The product so worked is deposited on an underlying conveyor and envoy to the cooking. The motorization of the rolls of extrusion and the pumps are independent, this assures the possibility to get biscuits of consistence and adaptable characteristics to own demands.
The machine is endowed with commands on board, for the control of the speeds of extrusion, and the underlying conveyor (optional).
The machine is complete of safety systems, and protections in stainless steel material.
The whole structure is besides endowed with movements horizontal and vertical, to follow the flow.
The movements are constituted from sliding trolley on bearings, and from motor independent type brushless.
The sliding counter loom is sustained by a strong power-loom, realized with carrying shoulders in aluminium, connected by crossroads, to whose inside is positioned and realized both the system of movement electromechanical of the counter loom that of the guides to trolley.
The effective realization of the movements up-down, through driving connecting-rod/crank and before-back with belt transmission of the counter loom of support, of the heading of dripping, is insured from the employment of motors type “brushless”, with reduction epyciclic gears.
The structure is completely to the painted carbon steel and anodized aluminium.
The feeding of cream must have brought from the client up to the hopper positioned above the machine.
