THREE ROLLS SHEETER


Sheet forming machine, suitable to sheet dough for crackers, hard biscuits, laminated and sheeted products etc.
The dough sheet is formed by the combined action of three rolls which are placed at the loading hopper bottom; one of them is grooved while the others have smooth surface and are made of centrifuged cast iron.
An exit conveyor delivers the dough sheet thus formed to the following make-up machines.
During the working course, the dough passes two sheeting stages: first between the grooved roller and the upper smooth roller, second between smooth upper roller and smooth lower roller.
Exit conveyor speed can be changed according to the peripheral speed of the rollers because the conveyor is equipped with independent drive.
The adjustment of dough sheet thickness is obtained by means of mechanic jacks, provided with read-out position on hand-wheel complete with gravitational indicator.
The dough hopper is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, coated of food grade plastic and is completely dismountable.
Both smooth rollers are provided of stainless steel cleaning scrapers; with adjustable pressure.
The conveyor has stainless steel sliding surfaces which can be removed without dismantling the structure; also the rubber coated roller (belt type version) can be dismounted to facilitate cleaning operation or belt substitution.
The machine, in the version with modular chain conveyor, is equipped with plastic sliding guides with low-coefficient of friction and driving system by means of toothed wheels.
Supplementary local controls are provided to regulate the speeds of roller and conveyor (manual mode), or speeds of this machine and of all the down-line machines (automatic mode).
The machine version with motor splined to the roller, the bottom clearance of mechanic parts is about 200 mm for a perfect cleaning of working area.
