The machine deposits the “Lady Fingers” dough directly in the pans. Dough is deposited by means of a depositing head equipped with a double row depositing manifold made of anodized aluminum.
The manifold has independent weight adjustment for each depositing nozzle by means of a shutting-opening device made of special plastic material.
The strong bearing structure of the sliding frame consists of side bearing frames made of stainless steel AISI 304 connected by cross bars where is housed the electro-mechanic motion system of the sliding frame and the ball-guides
The efficient achievement of “up-and-down” movement driven by connecting rod-crank” and the “to-and from” movement by belt transmission system of the depositing head holding frame is ensured by the utilization of “brushless” type motors with epicycloids reducers.
The structure is realized in painted carbon steel and anodized aluminum. Batter feeding is provided by a pre-chamber complete with butterfly valve.
Dough is fed to the manifold by a stainless steel tube which is placed above and equipped with the required number of feeding channels.
Accurate dosing is achieved by the action of a pneumatic piston with open-close of the valves placed inside the manifold accumulation end.
The removable valves are easy to cleaning.
The machine is mounted above the conveyor and deposits the batter directly on it. This kind of solution ensures the best precise performances.
All regulations are mechanic by micrometric devices.
The depositor may include proper timing and synchronization with the pan conveying system.
Double manifold depositing head (optional)
The depositing head consists of head with two manifolds. The depositing product is surrounded into the manifolds by two tubes – collectors with connections DN50 and relative junctions. The distribution of the product is realized by 4 tubes.
The ducts are equipped with independent circuit with connections for cleaning and butterfly valves to auto-exclusion. The depositing head are equipped with a regulator of the flow which has screw shutter for each nozzle.
The closing system of the nozzles consists of a plastic guillotine driven by a pair of pneumatic pistons.
Triple manifold depositing head (optional)
The depositing head consists a head with three manifolds. The depositing product is surrounded into the head by three tubes – collectors with connections DN50 and relative junctions.
The distribution of the product is realized by 6 tubes.
The ducts are equipped with independent circuit with connections for cleaning and butterfly valves for auto- exclusion.
The depositing heads are equipped with a regulator of the flow which has screw shutter for each nozzle. The closing system of the nozzles consists of a plastic guillotine driven by a pair of pneumatic pistons.
