The unit distributes crystalline sugar, salt or grain on the surface of the biscuit before the baking.
It consists of a stainless steel hopper having at its bottom a variable speed knurled roller which provides product dosing.
A plastic bristle brush cleans the surface of the roller immediately before its returning inside the hopper.
A bridge-breaking device inside the hopper keeps the product always mixed. Few gates adjust salt or sugar feeding.
The entire structure is mounted on feet with adjustable height.
Sugar distributor bearing conveyor
The conveyor is positioned underneath the Sugar Distributing Device.
Its function is to bear the Sugar Distributing Device, to transfer the product below this device, to collect the excess sugar and to convey it toward a hopper or another evacuation conveyor.
It is equipped with manual tensioning and manual tracking through adjustment screws. The structure consists of painted carbon steel side frames, bolted cross members, stainless steel sliding surfaces and rubber coated driving roller.
Loading and unloading ends have nose bar with small diameter roller to ensure best transfer of product.
The unit is supplied with push button panel for speed control (manual mode to adjust this the speed of this machine only, automatic mode to adjust the speeds of this machine and of all the down-line machines).
