The unit is employed for the realizing of products to be dipped or washed in water and soda (max. 3%) solutions before baking.
The machine is entirely in stainless steel and is equipped with a heated tub, inside which the product is conveyed on a wire-mesh conveyor but the immersion of the product is realized by a second superior conveyor with adjustable high and pressure.
The position of the second conveyor is adjustable by means of manual gear boxes or motorized (optional).
This system permits total lifting of the transporter if necessary, it is also possible to bypass the dipping tub by tensioning the conveyor wire-mesh by the suited manual jacks and inserting underneath a stainless steel sliding surface which is included in the supply.
The machine is complete with safety protections preventing direct contact with soda solution, vapors extraction fan, chimney made of stainless steel 316 (optional), auxiliary tank to fill the main tub by water-fall. Trays and liquid collecting hopper are provided to facilitate cleaning.
The machine is also equipped with independent driven brushes and contrast grooved roller for the complete elimination of the remains stuck on the wire-mesh interstices.
Both main tub and tank are insulated and have armored resistances for solution heating.
Working parameters are set on a local push-button panel (optional) or on the line main control system.
