The machine tilts the bowls from mixing/proofing/conveying section and pours the mixed dough into the dough-feeder.
The two-forks, having their fulcrum at the height of dough-feeder side frames, are driven by angular epicyclical reduction gear and an electric motor with brake.
This type of drive prevents product contamination.
It is possible to fix the fork position by rotating of the limit switches of angular micro-switches.
Safety mechanical limit switches are also supplied.
Maneuvering zone is protected by a tube structure and the access to forks is controlled by a bar with safety micro-switch.
Bowl-tilter control is obtained by a local push-button panel. Bearing structure is bolted to the floor.
