The Cyclotherm Oven is suitable for the baking of products ranging from Slab, Layer and Cup Cake products, Swiss Roll and other Sponge Products, Extruded, Wire Cut and Rotary Moulded Soft Dough products through to Hard/Sweet and bread with the possibility to be combined with sections of other styles of Baking Systems to form a Hybrid Solution for a wider range of applications where Radiant Effect to the product is required together with the possibility for a Low Humidity Baking Environment.

The Indirect Forced Air Convection Oven is suitable for the baking of products ranging from Soft Dough products through Hard/Sweet to Enzyme type Cracker and combined with sections of the Multi-Burner System to form a Hybrid Solution For Cream Cracker, Soda Cracker and Baked (not fried) Snack type products.

MULTIBURNER OVENS

The Multi-Burner Oven is suitable for the baking of products ranging from Soft Dough products through Hard/Sweet to Cracker, Soda Cracker and Baked (not fried) Snack type products.
